Return Policy

- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.

- NO RESTOCKING FEES on undamaged goods! Unlike many competitors, we do not charge restocking fees for products returned in excellent condition.

Note: By far the most common form of damage is scratches in the finish of the shower head collar from improper installation using pliers or a pipe wrench instead of a crescent wrench, or without using a soft cloth to protect the finish. If you install your shower arm or shower head using pliers and without a soft cloth to protect the shower arm or shower head, damage will very likely result and your item will not be returnable. We recommend using a crescent wrench with a soft cloth wrapped around the collar of the shower head or shower arm when installing or removing.

- All returns require an RMA number before returning. To request an RMA, please send an email to RMA@RainShowerheads.com with "RMA" in the subject line. You will receive an automated RMA and instructions by email.

- Since many of our orders cost much more to ship than our flat-rate $8.95 shipping fee, returns will be deducted by the greater of the $8.95 shipping charge or our actual shipping cost (This amount will be indicated on your original shipping label)

- Damaged products are not returnable
