Does
the shower head swivel? |
Yes.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all shower heads (other than
hand-helds) have a brass ball joint and will swivel when mounted.
What
is the flow rate in gallons per minute? |
All
shower heads meet the 2.5 gpm standard.
Is
a shower arm included with the shower head? |
Not
usually. Most shower heads do not include shower arms. Occasionally
we will offer special offers that may include a shower head and
a shower arm, but in these cases it will be stated clearly. Shower
arms are available for purchase under the shower
arms menu tab.

My
bath hardware is Brushed Nickel. Is this the same as Satin Nickel? |
Yes.
Most manufacturers use these interchangeably to mean the brushed-look
nickel finish.
My
bath hardware is "PVD Brass". Will this match your Polished
Brass? |
Yes.
PVD is an acronym for a specific type of plating process used to
produce this finish. Our Polished Brass is produced by the PVD process.
It will match perfectly.
My
bath hardware is "Antique Roman Brass" (or other non-standard
finish)
Do you have shower heads in this finish? |
Unfortunately,
some manufacturers have begun inventing new non-standard finishes
to ensure that their customers must buy all their bath hardware
from them in order to match. It's easy for them to do - they add
a dash of green, and some gold specks and presto - they've just
created "Pearlescent Venusian Copper", or whatever they
choose to name it, and no other hardware will match. We will focus
on providing shower heads and shower arms in the standard finishes
of Chrome, Polished Brass, Satin (Brushed) Nickel and Oil Rubbed
Bronze.

Do
I have to use PayPal? I want to use a credit card. |
You
do not have to pay by PayPal. We accept all major credit cards.
Here's the confusing part: We use PayPal as our credit card processor
because of the excellent security their transaction system offers.
They function for us like a normal credit card processor, and they
accept a wide variety of payments including credit cards, eChecks
and PayPal payments. We really wish they would rename their credit
card processing business to reduce confusion, but their excellent
system is reliable and secure.
Is
my transaction secure? |
Yes,
very. All transactions connect via SSL (secure socket layer) to
a world-class credit card processing system. Learn more at Site
Security.

Will
your shower head fit my existing shower arm? |
It
is extremely likely. There has been an established standard size
for shower arm fittings in the U.S. for many years and it is very
unusual for a shower to have non-standard fittings. Learn more at

I
don't think my plumbing is the standard 1/2". How can I tell?
This
is a common question and the end result is almost always that the
plumbing is the 1/2" standard. While the standard
fitting is called 1/2", it does not measure 1/2" in any
dimension but is actually 5/8" to 3/4" in outside diameter
(on a male threaded fitting) and this causes the confusion. The
vast majority of baths use standard 1/2" fittings. Learn more
